Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Taim application or the Taimapp.io website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Andify OÜ ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
"Taim" refers to our automated time tracking software.
"User," "you," and "your" refer to the person or entity using our Service.
"Content" refers to all data, text, information, or material submitted or generated through the Service.
Taim is an automated time tracking software designed to help users track their work hours efficiently. The Service offers features including but not limited to automatic tracking, active/focus/break time monitoring, analytics, and project management tools.
3.1. To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3.2. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4.1. For individual license owners, all tracked data is stored locally on your device. You have full control over what data leaves your device.
4.2. For team accounts, data is synced to the cloud. However, each user's tracked application history remains private and inaccessible to others.
4.3. Shareable notes are stored in the cloud and accessible to all team members.
4.4. We do not access or share your personal data without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service.
5.1. Taim offers a one-time purchase model. By purchasing the Service, you agree to pay the fees as described at the time of purchase.
5.2. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.
5.3. We currently offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy in the future.
6.1. Your purchase includes free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase.
6.2. After this period, you may need to purchase an update plan to receive new features and updates.
6.3. Your app will continue to function after the update period ends, but you won't receive new updates or features.
You agree not to use the Service:
7.1. For any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
7.2. To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any system or network connected to the Service.
7.3. To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party data contained therein.
8.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Andify OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8.2. You retain all rights to the Content you submit or generate through the Service.
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Andify OÜ, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9.2. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
